the place to go for instructions on upgrading OpenSSH.

You can stop now!

(My ISP's so-called transparent proxy was giving me the old pages for
quite a while today.  I only asked in the first place because I'd heard
rumours of an OpenSSH thing and couldn't find anything in the normal
places.)
