CVSup - updating OpenBSD

Hi! :o)

Is here somebody who speaks german? :o)
I have a question which deals with CVSup.

I readed http://www.openbsd.org/cvsup.html but I think I don't understand
:o(
How did I update OpenBSD via Internet? Somebody told me that I have to use
CVSup.
I'm looking only for the comand whichs told OpenBSD that it have to look for
bugfixes (only for the installed Software) or newer version of any installed
software.

I'm not superman and I'm not an OpenBSd profi....and my english is not so
well too :o)
So....could somebody help me pls? :o)
