Compile Openssh 2.9

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the steps outlined in 
http://www.openssh.com/openbsd.html. I'm having some problem 
understanding what the 3 periods (...) after the xvzf mean "tar xvzf 
.../openssh-3.3.tgz".
