A good thought, but sadly not the case here. I'm not using softdep, and
even if I were, the disk usage reported by quota never goes back down, so
it's not an issue of having to wait for it to catch up.

I guess I'll just wait until I have physical access to the machine again,
and install 3.1 from cd and see if it was just some weird upgrading
problem.
