Hi,
the versions you mentioned are the ones I am using. Fontpath is set
correctly in cupsd.conf and the same fonts are also in the directories
searched by ghostscript. One thing I noticed is the ouput on file when
used on the fonts that came with cups and the ones that came with
ghostscript.
The cups fonts are "PostScript Type 1 font text",
where I got both a "Ascii font metrics" and a "PostScript Type 1 font
program data" file for the fonts from the standard gs fonts package.
Also, do I need the ghostscript standard fonts in one of the directories
listed by gs -h (the search path) AND in the dir listed in cupsd.conf?
