Um, did you replace /usr/libexec from your backup or is it using the
version from etc31.tgz? If it is from the backup, try getting it from
etc31. If it from etc31, try merging the version from your backup. If you
just restored /etc from the backup, I suggest getting a list of what is in
etc31.tgz and rechecking them. (There are several directories that have
files from there.)
