yes, it's possible. why don't you get cracking?

it would basically be the bastard child of authpf and ftp-proxy.

or if they inspect each of the fibers that the rope is composed of, 
compare it to other ropes which they have used before, ask lots of 
questions about the rope, rather than just using the rope and seeing if
it meets their needs.
