Hello,
This question is just for curiosity and not really technical. You may
want to know that my mother tongue is French, as this question could
sound weird for an English speaker.
In the man page for isakmpd.conf (5), there are some lines about "Main
mode transforms", _ISAKMP-transform_, _IPSEC-transform_
If I check the meaning of "transform" in an English/French IT
dictionnary, I got the word used for the Fourier or Walsh or Hadamard
transform.
I was wondering why is this word used in the context of ISAKMP, and
how to understand it.
Frederic.
