You can apply all the patches at once.  Then make build.

Or evaluate your circumstances and identify patches you don't need.  Only
2,3,9, and 14 apply to a system that's not network connected.  So that's
rebuilding sudo and the kernel.  Not bad.  If sshd is running, you want to
turn it off.
