Well, I think you'll be better off tapping the resources of the entire list
on this, so I'm putting misc@openbsd.org in the cc: line again, but anyway -
I'm not too clear on what you want to achieve.

Do you want ftp access from the outside world to a host on your
NATed network? Do you want all FTP traffic from the outside world
to be redirected to that particular host, or is this a local network matter?
That is, in network terms, where is the host 10.0.0.10 in relation to your
NATing OpenBSD router and the ftp clients?
