How Should I Demonstrate OpenBSD to Non-techies?

Hi,

At work we are looking to upgrade an all in one
Windows 2000 Server.  I naturally suggested the
use of OpenBSD as a firewall, and possibly extend
that to other backend features.

I'm at a loss about how to describe to
non-techies exactly what the benefits would be
since they assume "Proactive Crypto and Security"
is just hype.

I was hoping that people who have been in the
same situation could share how to demonstrate
what it could do for the company.  

My company runs about 20 windows work stations,
and they need to be able to access files and
applications stored in a central location.
