openbrick E bad magic, compact flash image?

hi, when booting openbsd on my openbrick E
(either from a home made CF card or from a working installation on a
plain IDE disk
i get a 'bad magic' error

it's a 128mb CF card and the disk is about 2gb (so it isnt the big disk
prob it seems)
does anyone know this problem or does someone have a working CF image
for the openbrick so i can test this? (mabye hardware prob since a
windows boot CF didn't work either, but that's win..)
