Kernel panic

Hi

I've received 2 old IBM PC Server 325 (Pentium Pro 200Mhz, SMP
capable) and I'm trying to install OpenBSD on it (Tried 3.3 and
3.2 and 3.1 for now) and when the machine boots I get the following
kernel panic (just as the kernel starts to load:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

panic: trap type 6, code=0, pc=d01c3db7

The operating system has halted
please press any key to reboot

Anyone knows why this panic happens and how can I solve it (if at all)?
