Re: limiting ICMP packet size

Nope.
This is one of the reasons I'm a proponent of support for tcpdump
expressions for rules - people will always want greater flexibility...

Subject: limiting ICMP packet size

I've been searching though the archives and can't find an answer.

Is it possible to limit incoming and outgoing ICMP packet size with
OpenBSD? If so please point me to the relevant docs.

I've read in various security sources that ICMP packet size should be
restricted but
haven't seen what size is considered acceptable. Anyone have some
thoughts
about that?
Thanks,
Kent
