Welcome to the first addition of the Phantom™ News Net Email Newsletter. In
our continuing efforts to provide you with information on our upcoming release
of the Phantom Game Console™, we have created this monthly newsletter to be
the definitive source about everything Phantom™. We welcome all comments,
questions and suggestions.

Phantom™ "Sneak Preview"
At Midnight Sunday August 17th, Infinium Labs will broadcast a high-energy
video for the online "sneak preview" unveiling of the Phantom Game Console™.
This video will bring a high impact approach to the "sneak preview" and
introduce not only the look and feel of the product but include an overview of
Phantom's specs and services.
This event will be followed up by an official public launch of the product at
the COMDEX trade show in November 2003. This is where the public will get its
first chance to get a hands on "test drive" of the Phantom Game Console™. Be
sure to stay tuned to Phantom.net and the Phantom™ News Net for further launch
information.
ADDITIONAL LAUNCH INFORMATION

heavily engaged with the international media and pressand there will be more

clock ticks down on the  Phantom™ launch, we will be conducting several
promotional programs where you could win T-shirts, mouse pads, mugs and even a

BETA TESTERS
Infinium Labs announced today that it is accepting applications for the public
beta test of its Phantom Game Console™ and service. Successful applicants must
be at least 13 years old and reside either in the United States or Canada.
Applicants must register online atwww.phantom.net.
The requirements will be that you must have broadband access with at least
1Mbps downstream connection into your home or office via your Dedicated
Internet Access, cable, satellite or DSL provider with an Ethernet handoff.
Applicants will be required to provide feedback on the service and system. We
are looking for hard-core to moderate gamers with basic computer knowledge in
the gaming arena.
The goal of the public beta process is to have 100 or more experienced gamers
test the Phantom™ next generation game console that supports games on demand,
game rentals, game demos, seamless upgrades and patch management. At launch,
the Phantom™ will be the fastest console on the market and will include a
broad selection of pre-loaded games, games on-demand and game rentals. We
expect our beta launch to begin in Q4 2003.
New EPK
Infinium Labs has created a new Electronic Press Kit to be made available to
the media and press. This kit will include corporate information, executive
management bios, product and service specs, FAQs, logos, contacts and the new
Phantom™ product slick.
The Phantom™ EPK will be available by request only and is only available to
the press, media and investors. To request this kit, please email us

launch of the Phantom Game Console™ at COMDEX you will be able to pre-order

Infinium Labs today announced that is has commissioned 2Advanced Studios to
produce a high-energy video for the online unveiling the Phantom Game Console™
scheduled to go online at midnight, Sunday, Aug. 17, atwww.phantom.net. “We
think this approach to introduce the Phantom Game Console™ will demonstrate
its features and capabilities in a way that will appeal to gamers throughout
the world,” said Timothy M. Roberts, President and CEO of Infinium Labs.
“2Advanced Studios will produce an unveiling that will reflect Phantom’s
innovation and cutting-edge technology.”
2Advanced Studios plans to produce an exciting video to give the gaming
community a “first look” at the new next-generation game console and show
viewers all that the Phantom™ will have to offer. The video is the first phase
of a multiphase rollout of the Phantom Game Console™ over the next several
months.
“2Advanced Studios is pleased to form a partnership with Infinium Labs to help
achieve a memorable online experience for the launch of their new game

New Corporate HQ



Infinium Labs will be moving into its new worldwide corporate head quarters in
sunny downtown Sarasota Fl. This move will be completed by mid-September 2003.
Our new facility will house: management, operations, research and development,
administration, engineering, sales and marketing and technical services.
Phantom™ HQ will serve as the hub for our regional and international
operations facilitating and managing the aggressive growth and distribution of
all things Phantom™ worldwide.
