Re: OpenBSD on my TiBook

This should be in the macppc list but I dual boot into OBSD 3.3 on my
iBook...

(Sorry for the jumble, but I had to text-wrap your reply.)

Thats beacuse there isn't a "backspace" keep on Apple laptop keyboards.
You'll need to us xmodmap to remap "Delete" to "Backspace".

xmodmap -e keysym Delete = Backspace

Don't quote me on the above though, its been awhile.

This is discussed in /usr/X11R6/README. Included is a diff to set up
some decent mappings.

Power management isn't supported yet. While you can get the current
battery level, things like performance throttling aren't implemented.
Your flooring your TiBook. Be gentle.

I've had this problem on my iBook sporadiclly. However due to a problem
with the Dual USB iBooks, its best to restart, then shut down. (In case
anyone is having similar problems and is dual booting).
