upgrading 3.2 to 3.3

Hi list,

I'd like to upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3. I was told the first thing I had to
do was installing cvsup in order to download the ports the sources and X.
I actually have a very small connexion and it really takes ages.
Since I won't use japanese, chinese etc packages, I wonder if I could
select only the packages that i needed, so i could spare my bandwith and
time as well.

*default host=cvsup.ca.openbsd.org
*default prefix=/usr
*default base=/cvsup
*default tag=OPENBSD_3_3
*default compress
*default release=cvs
*default delete use-rel-suffix
*default umask=002

OpenBSD-ports
OpenBSD-src
OpenBSD-xf4

After that i think i'd need to compile the 3.3 kernel, right ?

Thanx
