If you want to kick MSoft where it hurts, start with removing their
Office Suite revenue.  I just helped my Dad install TightVNC (so I can
do remote help without all the "What do you see now?") and then walked
him through installing OpenOffice.

When I logged out he was already working on a spread sheet...  Score 1
for me, $0 for Microsoft.
