Can't log on to firewall help please

OpenBSD 3.3 I386

P166

64 meg sdram

2gig scsi



All patched



After running for a few days I can't log in to the firewall from remote
through ssh or even locally at the machine keeps giving me a password
incorrect, after a reboot everything works great, only error in authlog
is this : Failed keyboard-interactive. Anyone seen this before or have
some ideas, I would have posted more info but not really sure what to
post considering I have never seen this before or could not find
anything on google.
