Device seems to be: Generic mmc2 DVD.
Using generic SCSI-3/mmc DVD-R(W) driver (mmc_mdvd).

in the case of cdrecord, it seems 1.x & 2.x release are locked against 
size > 100min.

tests were done with a blank dvd-rw in.
