Problems with updating quotas

Hello all !

I've got a server where i use quotad. The quotas are
configurated by users, on the /home filesystem.

It works well, but when i have to create a new user
quota, or change one of them (using quotaoff -a,
edquota <user>, quotaon -a), i must reboot the system
to make the changes working. Else there is no difference.

I haven't seen anything in the FAQ and the man pages
explaining which command i have to use.
I use the quotas as explained in the FAQ.
If you've got an idea.
