What are you really asking for?
Just fetch a OpenBSD (Or buy a CD), and install.
Then read manpages, search at google, and at this maillist.
Install extra packages/ports (postfix.)
A lot of documentation is floating at the net.
The link you was referring is only one! ;)
Just search, get some knowledge about the programs you shall configure.
