VeriSign mega renegade DNS

Hello,

VeriSign has just launched some kind of mega renegade dns for .com and .net
domains.

I don't find a bind patch enough. What if every registrar does something
like that, what if they change the IP? This clearly needs to be rolled
back.

So my question to more experienced people: who should be notified about
this? IETF? FTC? Who else?

Regards,
Wojtek
