Writing disk problem (WD)
Hi,
I've got a problem with writing data on the disk. My system si OpenBSD
v3.2, information about the disk and dmesg are written below.
I don't know why, but if I want write to some directory, on specific
partition, talking about rwd0h (mount point /home), writing is OK (it
means fast), but to some directories it's bad (very, very slowly).
The BSD partition is about 30GB, but as far as I know, it shouldn't be
a problem. If you wouldn't be able to tell where problem should be,
please, give me some tips for diagnostic software for disks (Specialy
for WD).
And two more important things are, that mount point /home (which is
problem patition /dev/rwd0h) is export for NFS and it is using by only
one computer in my site for mounting) and there is a quota as you can
see, but users, who I write on the disk with (root and one more normal
user) have no quotas on the partition.
