Re: restoring /usr to pre-BFU state



This won't help you now, but when you have a known good install it might 
be worth it to burn a CD with copies of trusted binaries and checksums. 
I'd say get similar box and FTP in your binaries if you can. I'm unsure 
where they are in the distro. You may just have to copy /etc to a home 
partition or something, do a fresh install from -stable or -current, and 
restore /etc and any installed ports.
