dns/resolv.conf configuration

Hello.
I am playing with my openbsd 3.3 box,
having a dsl connection over ppp and want to run my own local nameserver.
so at every reboot, when the ppp connection is established,
it overwrites (dhcpclient) my /etc/resolv.conf where i configured my own
nameserver with the ISPs nameservers.


my resolf.conf(before reboot):
domain home.marcbey.de
lookup bind file
nameserver 192.168.0.100

after reboot:
domain home.marcbey.de
lookup bind file
nameserver 213.148.129.10
nameserver 213.148.130.10



maybe i am on the wrong way, perhaps someone can give me a hint.
