To answer my own question: It wandered off into the Attic
(http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/gnu/usr.sbin/mkisofs/?hideatt
ic=0#dirlist), and mkhybrid is used now instead. Still, someone should
probably remove the man page...
