It should be mirrored on the openbsd site, but it seem as it isn't.

Then you should go for 0.92 or even 1.0pre2. You can play tricks with
cvs to move mplayer to -current, that will get you 0.92. Applying a patch
I posted eariler this week will take it to 1.0pre2. I think that the
mplayer port from -current will work with 3.4 but other ports might fail
in odd ways; be careful!

There are some mplayer packages for 3.4 that might do what you want.
