unable to do "make build" (and other) in current :o/

I'm unable to rebuold the complete system from source.
Also I can't rebuild the kernel.

The errormessage:

What's ahppen?
I use the latest snapshots and I updated gas before I tried to do an update.
It breaks everytime (also if I wanna compile a new kernel).

/usr/port/x11/xfce4 told me that it need a newer zlib and so I would
rebuild the complete OS but it failed.

Could somebody help me couse I've no ideas anymore. :o/
I use the latest source/ports from cvs (3h's ago).
