First, let me say that you are one scary individual. ;-)

Now with that out of the way.  Sure it should work fine.
Just install whatever you need from ports, gnome, kde, yadda yadda.
whatever browsers you intend to use.

I might also point you to the Linux kiosk project, while I've never
tried it (on linux or OBSD), I don't see any reason why it shouldn't
work on OBSD.
