authpf problem

how are u all
 
i am a new user of openbsd and i tried to implement authpf  through ollowing steps
 
openbsd 3.4 is fresh installed.
 
/etc/pf.conf
 
block all
pass in on xl0 proto tcp from any to 192.168.0.2 port 22 keep state
anchor authpf
-------------------------------------------
/etc/authpf/authpf.rules
 
pass all

---------------------------------------------
/etc/passwd
 

new:*:1000:10::/home/new:/usr/sbin/authpf
unix:*:1001:72:unix:/home/unix:/usr/sbin/authpf
user1:*:1006:72::/home/user1:/usr/sbin/authpf
---------------------------------------------------
 
all users  are authenticated but at the same time diconnected , no error in log files.  /var/log/authpf
 
just a message appears that users are authenticated.
 
Feb 11 07:37:06 OpenBSD sshd[28832]: Accepted password for unix from 192.168.0.1
 port 3440

 
pf is enabled.
 
what thing is missing?
