Assuming Linux/x86:
Install VMware onto your Linux platform.
Install OpenBSD into VMware running on your Linux platform.
Build OpenBSD on OpenBSD running in VMware running on your Linux platform.

Might also work for other emulation platforms (Bochs? Plex86? Xen??).
