Hi list,
I think I have a big problem. I unpacked the src.tar.gz (3.4 RELEASE) in
the /usr directory instead of the /usr/src/directory.
Since this pc is my gateway and there is no way I can reinstall this machine
now I have to try to solve this while still booted.
All programs in /usr are failing now, I can't even ssh in.
I want to try to overwrite everything with the original data in the
installation tarballs, but I don't know how to get them on this system when
things like ssh, ftp, lynx aren't working.
Any suggestions?
regards,
Wijnand
