I should have mentioned that I didn't had a floppy or cdrom drive and bsd.rd 
wasn't availlable on disk already (forgot to install it this time).

I managed to get an cdrom drive connected after all and I booted my good old 
3.4 install cd. By using the upgrade method I fixed it, but I had to 
remove /usr/sbin/sysctl/ and /usr/libexec/* 

Now my firewall works like a charm again, but I have to live with the mess I 
made.

I also want to thank the OpenBSD team for creating such a clean and easy OS.
