Autoneg isn't an option it's a must for a NIC.

Where is the problem to write 2 shellscripts?!
You told us you've an autoneg-problem?
I think the rom on your NIC is damaged so wrote 2 shellscripts.
One to set up 100MBit and one for 10MBit.... is it so difficoult?

'ifconfig' is your friend...
