I'm glad you've not experienced similar issues. I'm not too sure what I
could be doing wrong when I plug two devices together, configured to
'auto-negotiate', and one comes up half while the other comes up full.
Forcing both side to full duplex works like a charm. I've seen this time
and time again on high-end hardware. Obviously, YMMV:-}
