hi

I have only openBSD 3.3 without graphic interface

doubts:

(1) configure local net
(2) install programs


(1) I configured the files below to my machine connect
to the my local net and thus install packets and
programs from internet.

/etc/mygate
/etc/hostname.ne3
/etc/myname

but I have doubt to configure 

/etc/hosts

In the man pages it ask to configure the file 

/etc/resolv.conf 

that file not exists! I must create one ?



(2) How I can install a program from internet ? wich
command ? very, very abstract to me....
