DFE-570TX Not detected

The card is brand new, seems to be working.  Led turn on at BIOS, then 
show status when kernel is loading.  Link, speed, duplex, activity led 
work as expected but dc0-dc4 doesn't show up in dmesg or ifconfig.

de and dc drivers are in kernel, I have also try with de* commented out.

Any idea?
