Follow up.

The problem was the PCI riser card, don't know why but when I remove the 
riser card from PCI slot 2 and I connect DFE-570TX card on the same PCI 
slot it works.

The riser card is Ably-tech corp GH-200.

Very strange because this riser card works flawlessly with 2 ethernet 
card for months.
