Thank you for all your help.
Finally, Austin have replied my email today.

I just don't get use to it as I did mainly with US, Japan, and Australia.
Most of them had replied my email within only 2 days.

I would guess that you entered the wrong email address when you made the
order.   Shipping can look for the order and let you know.  Expect a reply
