Tell me, please, how I can make myself dictator of the world so that
I can go around and set EVERY port on EVERY switch to autonegotiate?
See, in the world where *I* live, I don't have control over both ends.
I have roaming users who move from port to port, so I can't set the
duplex/speed to a fixed value in the roaming device.

It's nice to hear that so many of you live in a different universe,
though, where you get to fix things the right way.  It's like reading
a fairy tale.
