Firstly it's not in my .sig file, if you've worked with mail servers you'd
know it is possible to have a message attached to all outgoing e-mail.

Secondly not all of us are yanks, so "jurisdiction" means what?  Where I
come from the statement will stand up, and in any civilized country aswell.
