Hercules tvcard no audio

Hey, I can't get audio to work on a Hercules smart tv stereo tvcard,
tvtuner works if i use BKTR_OVERRIDE_TUNER=5

The soundchip is a Philips TDA9874AH(data sheet is avaible) 
The tvcard works with linux's bttv driver with sound/video from knoppix
I've plugged headphones directly into the tvcard 

dmesg shows

Is dualbooting the only option here?
