Both the Apache and the XFree86 license updates only act to inhibit a
party who wanted to incorporate their software in a product and pretend
that they hadn't. They don't inhibit advertising, they don't inhibit
profit, they don't inhibit
source changes, they don't require source disclosure. They do protect
their own name integrity and demand credit where credit is due, but
do not require it in a specified way -- you can give them credit in
any way that is most convenient for you and your customers.
OBSD might be wise to make similar additions to their own license.
