You shouldn't rely on plus.html to include all driver changes and
additions.  While some hardware stuff does go in there, at least ten
times as much does not. From the end of plus.html:

  This list mentions mostly platform-independent changes. For a list of
  changes made in a particular platform, please check the page for that
  platform.

The platform pages do get updated quite regularly, and that's probably
the best place to look.
