How to setup a FTP server

Dear openbsd experts:
   I have created a anonymouse ftp account. Then i
configured /etc/inetd.conf. I added this line:
ftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/libexec/tcpd ftpd
-llUSA.

But no any FTP service can be used from my friend's
computer. The netowork is ok because i can ping my
friend's computer. I don't know what is the problem.
