if you look at dmesg.txt there's still a problem with wd0.
i got it so far running that i was able to install obsd.
but my problem in this case is wd1 and only its large folders.

well. the disk was running in the old machine without any problems. 
i'll give it a try when i can halt the machine later this evening.

probably someone has another idea with this additional information. :)
