Question with web server setting

Dear experts:
     I have successfuly installed apache server in my
openbsd3.0. The version is 1.3.9. My lecturer asked me
to make the apache can do limit the number of http
session per IP address. I don't know how to set it in
apache. My you teach me how to do it. I respect all
your response!
