firewall question

Hello

My webserver is behind the firewall.

Now we have the problem about submitting the information in the 
webserver and shows

"CGI-BIN interface error: CONTENT_LENGTH is zero" 
and it only happens when the server is behind the firewall

but I checked the firewall log and doesn't show anything.

Can you help me?
