Arpresolve - can't allocate llinfo (again)

Hi list,

I've read the messages regarding this problem but the suggested
solutions apparently won't work for me. I used to operate my pppoe
gateway using OBSD 3.2 and switched to 3.4 current when the old
hardware deceased - before I made the switch I never had any problems.

Now the uptime of the router is reduced to about 22h (which might
correspond with the isp enforced link drop after 24h). After that all
network traffic stops (internal and external) and I have to reboot the
system in order to restore functionality. The last messages syslog
reports in /messages are like this:

Feb 22 12:09:31 gw /bsd: arplookup: unable to enter address for 192.168.123.100
Feb 22 12:09:31 gw /bsd: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo
Feb 22 12:10:23 gw /bsd: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo
Feb 22 12:12:23 gw last message repeated 61 times
Feb 22 12:19:31 gw last message repeated 140 times

The ip address changes to the address of whatever client is trying to
use the gateway.

I don't have any additional routing rules, no fancy pf.conf and very
few additional software:

 - internal samba
 - internal apache
 - internal snmp
 - internal dhcp
 - mldonkey

Any ideas, anyone? Is this maybe a hardware related issue?
